FellowSites is a small freelance web development service operated by an individual. It is not a registered company, partnership, or LLP. These terms govern your use of our service.
1. Agreement
By paying for our service or sharing your details with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. What We Provide
A single-page portfolio website based on the package you select. This typically includes:
- Website design and development
- Domain setup assistance (you purchase the domain)
- Hosting setup
- Professional email setup (where included in your package)
- Custom logo
- Basic SEO setup
- 2 minor revisions after delivery (text fixes, color changes, image swaps)
What We Do NOT Provide:
- Multi-page websites (unless separately agreed in writing)
- Content writing — you provide your own resume, photos, project details
- Any guarantee of jobs, interviews, or admissions
- Maintenance after delivery (unless a separate plan is bought)
- Marketing or promotion
- Fixes for issues caused by your changes after delivery
3. Payment
- 100% advance payment is required before we start any work.
- We will send you a payment link. Only pay through the official link sent from hello@fellowbricks.site or our official WhatsApp (+91 9876543210).
- A payment receipt will be sent within 3 days via email.
- No GST invoice will be provided as this service is not GST-registered.
- Warning: Do not pay anyone on a personal phone number claiming to be FellowSites.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Self-Hosted Package: 5–7 working days after we receive all your content.
- Framer Package: 3–5 working days after we receive all your content.
Working days = Monday to Saturday (Sundays and public holidays excluded).
If you are late in sending content, the delivery date pushes forward equally. We are not responsible for delays caused by internet issues, Framer downtime, or anything outside our control.
5. Revisions
You get 2 minor revisions after delivery. "Minor" means small changes like typo fixes, color tweaks, or image replacements.
Not included: Redesigning the page, adding new sections, or rebuilding because you changed your mind after approving the design.
Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. After that, changes are a new paid project.
6. Refund Policy
- Before we start work: Full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any).
- After work starts: 50% refund if just started; 30% if design is in progress; 10% if development is in progress.
- After delivery: No refund. You must use your 2 included revisions if you want changes.
- No refund if: You don't respond for 14+ days (project marked abandoned), you misbehave with our team, or third-party services have already been paid.
- Approved refunds take 10–15 working days to process to your original payment method.
- If we cancel without reason: A pro-rata refund will be given for work not done.
7. Domain Registration
How it works:
- You (the client) register the domain on your own account (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap) using your own email, phone number, and payment method.
- We assist you through the process — we will tell you exactly which domain to buy and where.
- You pay the registrar directly. The domain fee is a separate cost paid by you to the domain provider.
- Once bought, you either share the login temporarily so we can connect it, or we guide you on which settings to change so we don't need your password.
What this means:
- You are the 100% legal owner of your domain from the very first second. We never own or hold your domain.
- There is no domain transfer needed.
